Welcome to Q MATRIX. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Q MATRIX (“Q MATRIX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Anti-Matrix, governing your access to and use of the Q MATRIX digital platform available through qmatrix.co.in, including all associated websites, subdomains, features, tools, applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Platform. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Q MATRIX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Q MATRIX Platform.
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to all individuals who access or use the Platform. By registering an account, logging in, or interacting with any feature of Q MATRIX, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and any specific guidelines or operational rules posted within particular modules.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of or through an educational institution, university, college, or other organization that has entered into a service agreement with Q MATRIX, your access is also subject to the authorization granted by your institution.
Certain users may have additional permissions or responsibilities based on the role assigned to their account. Users must only access features and information that they are authorized to access and must not attempt to use functionality beyond their designated permissions.
2. About Q MATRIX
Q MATRIX is a unified digital skill-development, assessment, and career-preparation platform designed to integrate learning, practice, evaluation, performance tracking, and career readiness within a structured environment.
The Platform supports a continuous skill-development journey structured around progressive stages: LEARN → PRACTICE → ASSESS → ANALYZE → IMPROVE → PROGRESS → CAREER.
Core capabilities available across the Platform include:
- Learning: Structured course modules (My Courses) providing foundational, technical, and industry-oriented instruction.
- Practice Environments: Dedicated environments for skill enhancement, including Coding Practice, Practice SQL, Aptitude Practice, and Communication Practice.
- Assessments: Structured evaluations, including level-based Q MATRIX Tests, authorized Assigned Tests, and Assignment Tasks.
- Performance Tracking: Consolidated dashboards, personal analytics, experience points (XP), and ecosystem Leaderboard standings.
- Career Preparation: Practical interview readiness via the AI Skill Test, resume analysis through ATS Resume Check, and discovery of relevant Internship Opportunities.
These capabilities are provided for individual skill development and institutional learning support. Q MATRIX is an educational platform and not an employment agency or accredited degree-granting university.
3. Eligibility and Account Use
Access to Q MATRIX is available to authorized learners and users who have registered directly or whose accounts have been provisioned through an affiliated partner institution.
If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent, legal guardian, or educational institution has authorized your registration and use of the Platform.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of your account information. You must not register under a false identity, use another person’s registration details, or create multiple unauthorized accounts.
Your Q MATRIX account is strictly personal to you. You may not sell, trade, license, transfer, or share your account credentials with any other person.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of Q MATRIX, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, register number, password, and authentication tokens.
- All activities, submissions, test attempts, and communications carried out through your account.
- Ensuring that your computer hardware, operating system, webcam, microphone, browser, and internet connectivity satisfy the technical requirements necessary to run the Platform.
- Ensuring that all code, text, files, and responses you upload or submit comply with applicable laws and do not infringe the rights of any third party.
- Promptly notifying Q MATRIX or your institution’s designated administrator if you suspect any unauthorized access to or compromise of your account.
Q MATRIX cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security and operational responsibilities.
5. Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, Q MATRIX grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for lawful, non-commercial educational, skill-development, practice, and assessment purposes.
You agree to use the Platform strictly in compliance with these Terms, all applicable institutional policies, and all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations.
6. Academic and Assessment Integrity
Assessment integrity is essential to the value and fairness of Q MATRIX. When taking any assessment, test, coding challenge, aptitude module, or simulated interview on the Platform:
- Original Work: All submitted code, written answers, test responses, and spoken answers must be your own original, independent work.
- No Unauthorized Assistance: You must not seek, receive, or use assistance from any other individual, external device, unauthorized website, notes, automated tool, or AI assistant during an assessment unless explicitly permitted by the assessment instructions.
- No Answer Sharing or Distribution: You must not copy, photograph, screen-record, transcribe, publish, distribute, circulate, or share assessment questions, coding problems, test cases, solutions, or answer keys through any channel, forum, repository, or communication platform.
- No Impersonation or Proxy Testing: You must not take an assessment on behalf of another person, nor allow any individual to take an assessment on your behalf or assist you in person or remotely.
- Compliance with Environment Controls: Certain assessments or activities may use integrity, verification, monitoring, or technical controls where enabled (such as full-screen mode, window focus restrictions, copy-paste limits, camera verification, microphone recording, or environmental sound alerts). Where such controls are enabled, you must comply with all applicable instructions and technical requirements.
- No Tampering with Controls: You must not attempt to bypass, disable, circumvent, or interfere with assessment timers, integrity verification, technical monitoring, scoring mechanisms, or evaluation logs.
Violations of assessment integrity may result in immediate invalidation of test results, loss of XP, suspension of assessment privileges, notification to your institutional authority, or account termination.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
- Access or attempt to access non-public areas of the Platform, underlying servers, databases, administrative interfaces, source code, or systems without authorization.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform, its compiler sandboxes, APIs, or infrastructure, or breach security or authentication measures without express written permission.
- Introduce or distribute viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, ransomware, or other technologically harmful or malicious code.

Engaging in prohibited activities may expose you to civil liability, administrative sanctions, and legal action under applicable laws and regulations.
8. Account Security
You must keep your account login credentials secure at all times. Use a strong, unique password and log out of shared or public computers after completing your session.
If you discover or suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization or that your password has been compromised, you must immediately change your password and notify us at info@qmatrix.co.in or alert your institution’s technical coordinator.

When using AI-assisted features, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-assisted features are provided strictly as educational and preparatory aids to support self-assessment, practice, and skill enhancement.
