Your information is used to evaluate academic progress, render statistics, identify placement eligibility, and verify proctoring metrics during coding exams.
We restrict unauthorized database access. All data, including passwords, are safely hashed and stored using industry standard security standards.
QMatrix utilizes AI language models to generate resume analysis and mock interview recommendations. We do not sell or distribute personal resumes to external third parties.

By logging into QMatrix, you agree to comply with our academic integrity rules and proctoring safety terms. Unauthorized code submissions or assessment manipulation is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials. Students and administrative staff must immediately report any security breaches to their institutional support desk.
The QMatrix compiler is designed strictly for evaluating academic coding exercises. Executing malicious commands or abusing server-side computational resources will result in immediate profile suspension.

Individual student accounts created through institutional partnerships follow the custom billing policies agreed upon with their respect colleges or universities.
Administrators and Management can cancel platform licensing agreements by providing written notice 30 days prior to renewal cycles.
Except as mandated by service legal levels, all institutional license purchases are non-refundable. For individual purchase problems, support inquiries must be submitted within 7 working days.
